At Wearzia, we’re committed to delivering your favorite designs to your doorstep quickly and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume, processing may take a bit longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email.

Shipping Time & Rates

India:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Cost: ₹50 flat rate or Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. Stay tuned — we’ll be going global soon!

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
  • You can also track your order anytime under the ‘Track Order’ section on our website.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, local disruptions, or courier delays.
  • Remote areas may experience extended delivery times.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate.
  • If you realize an error after placing the order, contact us immediately at support@wearzia.com.
    We cannot guarantee address changes once the order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and ensure you’re satisfied.
