At Wearzia, your satisfaction is important to us. Each product is made to order, which means we only produce what you buy. While we do our best to ensure every order is perfect, we understand that issues can sometimes occur.
When We Accept Returns or Replacements
We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, defective, or has a printing error.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@wearzia.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll review your request and process a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
When We Do Not Accept Returns
As our products are printed on demand and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- You ordered the wrong size or changed your mind
- You don’t like the product color, design, or fit
- Minor differences in print color or placement (within normal POD standards)
We recommend checking the size chart and product details before placing your order to avoid such issues.
