Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- In case of high order volume, processing may take a bit longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email.
Shipping Time & Rates
India:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Cost: ₹50 flat rate or Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not ship internationally. Stay tuned — we’ll be going global soon!
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
- You can also track your order anytime under the ‘Track Order’ section on our website.
Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, local disruptions, or courier delays.
- Remote areas may experience extended delivery times.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
